I made Red Velvet cupcakes to celebrate Geneva’s birthday. I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free 1-to-1 baking flour. They were fantastic! The recipe for the frosting makes a huge batch. I have plenty leftover to use on another batch of cupcakes or to frost a carrot cake.
Have you ever made gnocchi? It’s easy and even better to make with friends and family. I also made this gluten-free recipe (I was not able to find sweet rice flour so I subbed almond flour). Excellent!! Next time I’d like to make this ricotta version.
My friend Marcy made the best pumpkin cheesecake bars! She added fresh whipped cream and roasted pecans after cutting them into squares. These bars will definitely be on my Thanksgiving menu!

Watching Invasion on Apple TV - WOW!
My favorite building in the KC metro area! I love mid-century architecture! Growing up, I was always intrigued by this building. When it was renovated to be a multi-use building (with a restaurant) I jumped at the chance to visit. Go! The Restaurant at 1900 is one of my very favorites.
