A sweet friend of mine (pun intended) hosted her 21st Cookie Party last week. I made these. The dough comes together easily (must chill for at least 2 hours). I used seedless raspberry jam and also tried a few with this lemon curd. So good!!!

Tried a new recipe for Stroganoff. I had 2 steaks in the freezer that I subbed for the ground beef. I added a 12 oz. bag of Reames frozen egg noodles in place of the dried egg noodles. I will definitely make it again! One pot meals are my favorite!

I’ve recommended Ten & Two Coffeehouse before, but wait there’s more!! Quentin’s BBQ just opened their restaurant in Bonner Springs at Ten & Two!! They have loaded Mac & Cheese Bowls - need I say more?!

It’s a tradition for my sweet Mama to take me to Andre’s for my birthday. If you’ve never been, please go!

I’ve started to make miniature desserts (carrot cake and tiramisu) and these little cups and spoons are perfect!

I churned out a yummy ice cream yesterday. Chocolate Malted Milk - my original recipe is coming soon! It’ll be worth the wait!
