Wow! What a wonderful weekend!

Birthdays, family, friends and a CHIEFS WIN!!

Bethany requested Berry Cheesecake for her birthday. It was so good!

I doubled the fruit puree so that we had extra for drizzling. I opted to make a traditional graham cracker crust instead of chocolate. Everyone loved it!

Gray whale gin - I recommend a Grapefruit Gin Fizz ( 1 oz. Gin, 1 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Serve over ice and top with sparkling wine of your choice. If you like a less sweet drink, use Prosecco or add a touch of sweetness by using Moscato. Both are great, it’s your choice. Cheers!

We are headed back to the Castle for a wine dinner that is sure to be spectacular!

It’s time to start making your own vanilla extract. I buy a large bottle of Costco vodka and purchase the vanilla bean pods, bottles and labels from Amazon.

I’m super excited to try this new restaurant. I love Ragazza so I know this will be fantastic!!
