Like many of you, my holiday will be like no other. For the first time, I won’t be spending Christmas with my oldest daughter, Shelby. She is staying in Minnesota. Stay safe my love! Although I am heartbroken I am also optimistic. Optimistic for a wonderful, healthy and EPIC 2021! My wish for you, my friends, is to have a prosperous, healthy and wonderful NEW YEAR!

Made this pizza last night. WOW! Fun and easy to make and SO delicious! Experiment with your toppings! I added red onions and green bell peppers.
