The National Safety Council’s DDC Online course is for new and experienced drivers and is offered in both English and Spanish.

I’ve been busy in the kitchen this past weekend.  I’m looking forward to making this cheesecake for Bethany’s upcoming birthday.  She has requested raspberry sauce to go with.  Yum!

I love green bean casserole and making one from scratch will be on my menu for Thanksgiving.  I made the buttermilk french fried onions last night for our grilled burgers.  WOW!

I’m working on developing recipes that are dairy free.  I’m excited to try something new and delicious.  With so many excellent plant based milks on the market, it’s easy to cook dairy free.  This looks amazing and it’s also gluten-free.  Bonus!
