I made this soup for a work luncheon last week and it was a hit! I added some dried italian herbs and a hefty dash of red pepper flakes, but otherwise made as directed. Excellent!!

I tried the Lentil Soup at Mr. Gyros and now I.AM.OBSESSED! This recipe has excellent reviews... so, yeah, I must make it!
