Have you watched Bargain Mansions on HGTV?  I’m in awe of Tamara - a Kansas City gal with exceptional taste.  I recently visited her shop in Prairie Village.  SWOON.  They are open on Saturdays from 11 am - 5 pm

Meal prep and lunch ideas for next week!  Jessica’s cookbooks and blog inspire me on a daily basis. She’s a busy Mama, wife, and all-around neat person.  

Cooking is a “feel”.  Cook what you like.  I rarely make a recipe exactly as written.  I add a different spice.  Less salt, more salt.  Whatever feels and tastes good at the time.  Basically, I do what I want.  Anyone else?  I think that is the beauty of cooking. Get creative, experiment.  I love this article! Don’t be afraid to try new things and see what happens.
