I finished Hillbilly Elegy rated R, on Netflix. It’s a powerful movie, one that I wasn’t able to watch in one sitting. Raw, unsettling and at times disturbing. The acting is phenomenal. Based on the book by J.D.Vance

Surprise! Yet another renovation show on Netflix that I must binge watch! Stay Here - the Malibu episode is STUNNING!! This show is fascinating in regards to design as well as great ideas if you own rental property (VRBO, AirBnB) or considering it.

I’ve been watching The Crown and now I am intrigued by this documentary. I was just shy of 27 when Princess Diana lost her life. I watched her wedding on live TV and followed her story for many years. Although The Crown is a historical drama, this season has featured the early years of her marriage to Prince Charles.

My cast iron pans are my favorites! They are extremely versatile. Cooking and baking, cast iron pans can do it all! But, if you don’t take care of them, they won’t be your favorite pan. I use this to scrub, this to wash and this to condition and season. I’m convinced my pans will outlive me.

I have a lot of baking goals. Croissants, loaves of Challah and making sourdough bread. My first attempt at making bagels this week was a success!! I followed this recipe and read, read and read again all of the detailed instructions to ensure a perfect NY bagel. They were so fun to make and delicious!

If there are Chicken Tinga tacos on a menu, it’s a guarantee I will order them. I found a great recipe!
