I made this last week and oh my! I’m hooked! Creamy Polenta baked in the oven for silky smooth perfection. Looks so divine served with beef stew.

If you know me well, you know that I’m obsessed with light fixtures. I have changed all but a few of the fixtures in our home. We did not build our home but have changed it so much in the last 6 years. It’s fun to add your own style. I think of light fixtures as accessories like a beautiful necklace or pair of earrings. I’m loving this one from Hudson Valley Lighting. SWOON! I think my pantry needs a pretty new light and maybe my closet too!

There is still time to enjoy the Strawberry Swing Holiday Market this weekend. Buy tickets online. I was extremely impressed with all of the artisans when I attended last weekend. Outdoor art shows are the best!
