Furoshiki fabric wrapping! I’m obsessed. What a gorgeous way to wrap a gift and it’s eco-friendly. I would much rather have a pile of beautiful fabric wrappings than a tote bag full of gift sacks. I have so much fabric saved over the years (did you know I love to sew?!) You could use scarves, cloth napkins and more. If you need me, I’ll be searching thrift stores for pretty fabric!

How deep is my love for the Bee Gees? Well, it’s immense! The HBO documentary How To Mend a Broken Heart is fascinating! There are home movies, interviews with the wives, band members, it’s so good! I had no idea about their early beginnings in Australia, UK and their recording sessions in Miami in the early 70’s. They wrote over 1000 songs, not only for their albums but for so many musicians. Watch it!

Diner Burgers were on our menu last night with Crispy Onion Rings. WOW!

It will be a wonderful weekend to try a new bread recipe! The recipe makes 2 loaves, one to enjoy now and one to freeze.

I’m working on new recipes for the blog! Crab cakes, pretzels and my easy Boston Cream Cake! No calorie counting allowed! I love moderation, including moderation!

It makes me so happy to see so many of my friends, family and the community receive the vaccine. There is so much to be hopeful for!
