A salty and slightly sweet snack mix that everyone will love!

4 cups Rice Chex
4 cups Corn Chex
4 cups Multi-Grain Cheerios
8 oz. bag of gluten-free pretzels (about 4 cups)
12 oz. cocktail peanuts (not dry roasted)
1 stick (8 TBSP) butter, melted
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce (see notes below)
1 tsp. garlic powder (not salt)
1 tsp. onion powder (not salt)
1-½ tsp. seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a deep roasting pan, mix together the cereals, pretzels and peanuts. Set aside.
In a microwave proof bowl, melt butter. Stir in the Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder and season salt.
Pour mixture over the cereal mixture and stir well with a rubber spatula to evenly coat. Pour into the roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes, stirring well after every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool and enjoy! This makes a large batch.

Notes: Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce is labeled gluten-free.
The Best Choice brand makes gluten-free rice & corn cereal. Chex also makes a corn and rice cereal that are both gluten-free. The multi-grain Cheerios are labeled as gluten-free. Yay! Feel free to use mixed-nuts instead of peanuts. I have used both Glutinos and Snyder’s brand of gluten-free pretzels with success.
Be sure to use onion and garlic powder, not salt. I like Lawry’s low-sodium Seasoned Salt.
