Easy Pumpkin Spice Creamer

I love making my own coffee creamer! It's so easy and 100% better than store bought!

2 cups Half & Half Creamer (or your favorite plant based alternative)
1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (add more or less depending on how sweet you like your creamer)
1/3 cup 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Bean Paste
(see my notes below)
OR
2 teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until thouroughly combined.
Store in refrigerator! Will last up to 7 days. ENJOY!!
NOTES:
I have tried several brands of Vanilla Bean Paste and this is the ONLY one that I buy!
It's slightly sweet and has only a few ingredients (Vanilla Extract, Cane Syrup, Natural Flavors, Caramel Color, Xanthan Gums(thickener), and Filtered Water)
and it's GLUTEN FREE!
This could also be used as a base for homemade ice cream!
