HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Hello! How are you?! It's been awhile since I've written and published a blog post! But, I'm still here, doing all of the things. Life feels like it's been on fast-forward for over a year! Bethany is a senior (still in denial), and we are trying to keep up with her, her hobbies and interests. Shelby is in her third year of teaching (7th grade Earth Science). Her students are so lucky to have a teacher who is so passionate about teaching them all there is to know about Mother Earth.

Darrin and I have been busy with our work and hobbies and celebrated our 20th anniversary in October. We traveled to Newport, Rhode Island and I cannot recommend enough the beautiful city and coastline. We are already planning a trip back in the summer of 2024.

I've updated my website/blog with several new endeavors. Hummus with Heart is coming soon. I am currently on the search for space in an industrial kitchen (1 day a week) to pursue my passion for hummus, charcuterie boards and so much more. My dream is to one day soon have a pop-up stand at a local farmer's markets to spread the joy. Hummus with Heart is one of the ways I want to support local charities and much more. Stay tuned!

Big changes are on the horizon for our family. WE ARE MOVING! Coming soon in 2024, we are building our little dream home. Downsizing is daunting, but we are ready! We have made memories to last a lifetime in home and look forward to making new ones in our new home. Be on the lookout for updates on the building process. I love architecture, interior design and all that comes with making something from scratch. Watch our story unfold in the coming months.
